As the seasons change so does raiding; yet we keep moving along. We got quite a few great attempts on Lich King this week. We have a solid strat and people are motivated to get him down.

Ten mans also had success this week, after a long raid week we were able to combine two of our groups to down Lich King on Monday. This is great progress and we will be seeing this kill shortly in 25 man as well (this week hopefully). The great news on this kill is that both core groups of 10M raiders will be able to start hard modes this week. We also have 3 additional 10M groups 10/12 great job Faded for hard work, dedication and loyalty. We should be very proud of ourselves for our successes.

WE progress… we should be proud of our accomplishments not only the fact that we progress but we do so with a group of people that still have families that need dinner, wives that want attention, sisters that need rides, and dogs that need letting out. We do this without sacrificing [much] school work, destroying relationships, or losing jobs. We are a minority across all servers because we arent the guild that does just the easy bosses.. we are the guild that is pushing for hard mode ICC and getting solidly through progression. The number of guilds that have done 7/12 is staggering… we are 11/12 in both our 10’s and 25’s be proud of our guild be proud of the part you play and remember that we are all wanting the same result. Everyone give 100% for those few hours you have committed to raiding, and we will see new better loots and have fun in the process.

With that I am happy to say we have one boss left in ICC (buh bye, Sindragosa) and that is the Lich King lets work for success this raid week, and move forward to hard modes.  Be respectful of each other and play YOUR best and I think we will all be amazed at how well we can do.

This week brought us the final wing of ICC Frostwing Halls. This brought us 3 new bosses and one valkyr that just randomly drops a frost emblem (who knows but we will take it). Valithria Dreamwalker, Sindragosa and Arthas are found in this wing and Faded was ready to take them all on. Last week was a solid raid week but we were disappointed to miss downing Blood Queen by 4% we started the week confident we would be able to down her this week.

We started the raid week clearing up to saurfang then crashing. Hrmmm… then we did Gunship a second time (for a second round of loot) and proceeded  leaving only Putricide (who is pretty close to farm status) in plagueworks. We also got to do our first ICC weekly getting everyone badges and a few members BoE epics. Officers took us to Valithria as our first new boss. After a few tries we got a solid feel for the fight and felt confident we would have her that night. Now if she would just respawn…. anytime now.. respawn? Hellloooo respawn? She was done with us which forced us to be done with her for the night. We headed over to Blood Council we had enough time to kill them before raid end. If only they would stand up… hrmmm.. stand up? Okay so the instance was bugged for the night and we called it for 25M. Raid broke into 10’s.

Wednesday allowed us to return to ICC and Valithria. We knew from the night before we could handle this fight cleanly and did so. Happily another boss down and another server first. Next we went to blood council and cleared that without much trouble and moved on to Blood Queen. We had gotten incredibly close the week before so knew we had it in us. Clarifying a few specifics about biting each other and we were happy to wrap up the night with Blood Queen dead.

Thursday was another raid night and we started the evening on Sindragosa with 16 attempts left for the night so plenty of tries for the new limited attempt boss. After some fussing and longer down time than normal in raid …we got many tries on the new boss… until we were WTFPWND by Blizzard. Yup.. again respawn issues. This left us with quite a few available attempts and Putricide over in plagueworks mocking us. Soooo… we of course went to own. An exceptional kill on him.. left us with attempts for the week and sadly nothing to use them on… Overall and exceptional 25M raid week.

Ten man raids also made some progression, groups are getting Blood Queen and Putricide down easily now; I believe we had a group also take down Valithria (dont quote me on this) if not I dont doubt most of the 1oM groups will be clearing the same week the 25M groups are. I believe we are handling about 60 people a week in 10 man content so a lot of these groups are not made up of our raiders or core raiders but are also alts and community. Our secondary 25M run is hoping to move to plagueworks this week giving us a full secondary progression team made up of alts and community this is very impressive on this server guys pat yourselves on the back. Nice job as always guild.. more server firsts more progression. Next week Sindragosa and Arthas!!!
